The Sacred NO Embodiment Practice

Guided by my voice, you'll move through 5 minutes of breath-work (see the notes and contraindications below), followed by a potent embodiment practice. We'll follow the sensations in your body as they arise, inviting them to be released through sound, breath, and movement.  All you need is a safe, quiet place, the audio and pdf guide (below), and a great playlist.

Breath-work notes and contraindications

  • The "continuous breath" involves rapid inhaling and exhaling through the mouth, with no pause at the top or bottom.

  • You might encounter typical tetany symptoms: coldness, numbness around the mouth, clenched hands or feet, or muscle spasms. These are usual responses. 

  • If you have severe cardiovascular issues, glaucoma, intense psychiatric conditions, or are pregnant, avoid this breath-work. Instead, maintain a regular breathing pattern.
