Lack of congruence between thoughts, words, believes, desires and actions causes mental, emotional and eventually, physical suffering.
It leads to a distorted view of self, a view that’s not aligned with reality.
It can be helpful to investigate ways in which one may not be congruent in all aspects of being - this, of course, is an ongoing process.
In this video I give some examples of “misalignments”. Lack of congruence in my own life (trust me, I think I’ve been through all of them!) and how I rectified them.
