MODULE FIVE  | Subtle Body System

  • The main energy systems of the body, the Nadis, and the Chakras

  • How to harness the power of these systems for healing and growth

  • Bandhas (locks) and how we use them in breathwork

COURSE EXPECATIONS + PREREQUISITE 

By the end of this 6-week course, you will be able to confidently find stillness within yourself regardless of where you are in life. 

 

You will have the tools to manipulate your body to achieve certain goals such as increased energy or a more relaxed state of mind. You will have an understanding of basic prānāyāma, the subtle body systems and how to create a lifestyle that best suits your individual constitution and alleviates suffering in your life.

 

Please honor the prerequisite of consistent āsana practice for at least one year.

This is to ensure that you have the strength in your nerves to handle Prāna, the skill of concentration for meditation and the stamina in your body to for the practices.
